- Surfness is an exercise programme designed specifically to improve the fitness, technique and injury-prevention of surfers.
- Equipment-based Pilates improves core-strength, posture and overall fitness as well as strengthening the back and accelerating injury rehabilitation.
- Both Surfness and the equipment-based Pilates are taught by Teresa, a sport-science graduate with 18 years teaching experience. Classes are taught in Koa’s own equipped fitness studio and you can choose from group (maximum 6 students/ class) or individual tuition. .
- Individual classes are tailored to focus on the student’s particular needs so that you can accelerate your progress.
Classes will be adapted to your level of expertise.
